The LED industry is a “dimming” industry, and the screen “mountain light” is understandable, but from the urban environmental pollution intervention table, it was once reduced to a new type of pollution “light pollution”. The first control method: adopts an adjustment system that automatically adjusts the brightness.
According to the difference between day and night, according to the environment and time zone of the place, some changes in the display brightness will have a great effect. When the regenerative brightness of the full-color LED display is greater than 50% of the ambient brightness, the eyes will obviously be uncomfortable and “light pollution” will be formed.
Then, through the outdoor brightness collection system, the ambient brightness of the outdoor LED display can be collected at any time, and the LED display control system is applied to receive the system data and automatically convert it to the brightness display of the appropriate environment through the software.
The second control method: multi-level grayscale correction technology.
Ordinary full-color LED display systems use a 10-bit color display layer. Therefore, if the low grayscale and the color are excessive, the color will be displayed stiffly, which will cause the color light inconsistency. The new LED large-screen control system uses a 14-bit color display level, which greatly improves the excessive color hardness, makes people feel the color mild when watching, and prevents the sense of inwarmness to the light.
In terms of power consumption, the luminescence data used by the full-color LED display itself is energy-saving, but part of the display area needs to be used in larger places. If used for a long time, the total power consumption is still very large. Because the required brightness is relatively high. Under the action of these compound factors, the power consumption of the display is quite alarming. Then all the electricity bills borne by advertising companies will also increase exponentially. Therefore, companies can save energy through the following 5 points.
(1) High-efficiency LEDs can be used, and the light-emitting chip does not cut corners.
(2) The use of high-efficiency switching power supplies greatly improves the power conversion efficiency.
(3) Reduce the heat generation and self-cooling design of the screen, and reduce the power consumption of the fan.
(4) Design the entire circuit plan scientifically to reduce internal circuit power consumption.
(5) According to changes in the external environment, the brightness of the outdoor display is automatically adjusted to achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
